Hey! So Glad You're Here.

My name is Flora Brooke Slaughter. I am happily married to Levi Slaughter and the two of us run a restaurant in a small mountain town called Meeker, Colorado. We live simply and love deeply. Before I met my husband I was a missionary in Cambodia and Thailand and it was there that I learned what a great tool and resource blogging was. At the time I had to blog a least once a week and it really helped me to consistently be on the lookout for the many lessons God teaches us in our everyday lives. Because of this training I have decided to continue this outlook and will use this space to share the many moments God uses in ordinary people.
